Bila Law Academy is a not-for-profit organisation founded by Nadine Bila, Director & Legal Consultant at Bila Legal Services Ltd.

The Academy was founded to create opportunities, inspire, educate and empower aspiring law students and participants pursuing legal education and professional careers. We are community-driven and also strive to empower young people and families from underrepresented backgrounds in order to help them build social skills, confidence and self-esteem, attributes to become legal professionals. We offer mentoring, tailored training, tips and advice to succeed in their professional careers. We strongly believe that leadership is all about the ability to empower others, influence is best for the purpose of bringing positive changes. We are here to inspire and motivate our participants so we can make a difference in their lives and to society.

Bila Law Academy’s aim is to act as the bridging link to connect the legal profession and the local communities. We hope to create opportunities, provide professional developments to all the communities. Primarily we will be working with students and participants throughout the West Midlands.
